It’s a delicious white dumpling konnyaku that uses soymilk made with 100% domestic soybeans. You can enjoy it as if you are eating "warabimochi (bracken-starch dumplings)" type of desert, by pouring rich amount of roasted soybean flour and brown sugar syrup on top.

We made it by mixing rich amount of domestic soybeans. Please enjoy it by adding wasabi or citrus pepper on top of the attached special soy sauce. We also recommend chopping the konnyaku finely and sprinkling them on top of a salad as a topping.

It’s a kinpira-flavored (sweet soy sauce) konnyaku with a hint of spiciness of red pepper. You can also enjoy it by stir frying it with the special sauce, and also by adding vegetables such as burdock and carrot.

Since the conventional konnyaku is made by 97% water, it is typically regarded as a very heavy ingredient. Living up to its name, our “Kanso Chijimi Konnyaku (dried type)” is a dried type konnyaku. It is light and convenient. You can use it for all kinds of cooking.

When compared to regular konnyaku, our “Kanso Chijimi Konnyaku (raw type)” absorbs the flavor well and is much tastier. It can be used for various cooking such as hot pot、boiled dish、stir fry, deep fry, etc.
